At an art show long ago a man in his 50’s bought a print of this barn. He then proceeded to tell me that his twin brother, whom he was buying the print for had once almost started this barn on fire as a young boy. With a slight grin on his face he did allude to being involved or at least present in the fire shenanigans. Ironically his father was the University of Wisconsin Fire Chief at the time.
